## How it works (4 steps)

1. **Create & pay.** Create a shipment in the web app — destination country and items — and pay the ¥3,000 partial payment.
2. **QR drop-off.** Take the package to nearly any Japan Post office and use the Yu-Pri Touch QR code to print the domestic label. No Japanese needed.
3. **Warehouse processing.** Package arrives at the ShipMate facility; it is weighed and measured, and the final international shipping price is calculated and sent to the customer.
4. **Payment & shipping.** Customer pays the remaining balance; package ships internationally with automatic tracking updates.
