- International shipping support (Ship purchases home): ¥3,000 is paid at application and credited toward the confirmed total shipping charge. The balance is determined after weighing based on actual weight.
- Shop for Me (purchasing service): Product price (tax-inclusive domestic price in Japan) plus a purchasing fee (10% of the product price, minimum ¥500 and maximum ¥18,000). International shipping is charged separately after consolidation and weighing, based on actual weight.
- Additional charges
Customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country are borne by the customer. For US-bound shipments, US duties and related fees are calculated after weighing and collected together with your shipping balance before dispatch (DDP; prepaid by ShipMate under Japan Post's US customs procedure). For all other destinations, duties are generally collected from the recipient on delivery. Storage and return-shipping fees may apply where relevant (see Terms of Use).
