- International shipping support (Ship purchases home): Nothing is paid at application. The total shipping charge (domestic shipping, international shipping, and service fee) is determined after weighing based on actual weight and is paid in full in a single payment.
- Shop for Me (purchasing service): Product price (tax-inclusive domestic price in Japan) plus a purchasing fee (10% of the product price, minimum ¥500 and maximum ¥18,000). After the items arrive at our warehouse and are weighed, domestic shipping, international shipping, and an additional 20% of the combined domestic and international shipping charges will be billed separately.
- Additional charges
Customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country are borne by the customer. For US-bound shipments, US duties and related fees are calculated after weighing and collected together with your shipping balance before dispatch (DDP; prepaid by ShipMate under Japan Post's US customs procedure). For all other destinations, duties are generally collected from the recipient on delivery. Storage and return-shipping fees may apply where relevant (see Terms of Use).

- Payment timing
- International shipping support: No payment upon application. The full confirmed shipping charge is due when the final amount is communicated after weighing (including the amount equivalent to duties and related fees for US-bound shipments).
- Shop for Me: Product price plus purchasing fee when the order is confirmed, followed by international shipping after weighing (including the amount equivalent to duties and related fees for US-bound shipments).
- Delivery timing
Purchasing will begin within 7 business days after payment is completed. Shipment occurs after all products have been inspected and consolidated and payment of international shipping has been confirmed. Delivery time varies by destination and shipping method.
- Returns, exchanges, and cancellations (returns policy)
- Shop for Me orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you request cancellation after an order has been confirmed, neither the price of the items in the order nor the purchasing fee will be refunded.
- If an item cannot be purchased because it is sold out or for any other reason, the price paid for that item will be refunded automatically. All other items in the order will be purchased and shipped as usual.
- Quantity and service restrictions
Certain stores, products, and destination countries are excluded. For US-bound shipments, we cannot accept requests with a declared value exceeding the equivalent of USD 800 per shipment. See the Terms of Use and the in-app eligibility check for details.
