Open the box from your Shop for Me order. That's the haul.
Post it with #ShipMateHaul
A photo or a short video on Instagram, X, Facebook or Reddit. Say ShipMate, tag us, keep it public.
Submit the link in the app
Open ShipMate GO, tap #ShipMateHaul, paste the link to your post. One entry per month.
Credit lands next month
We review entries in the first week of the following month. Approved posts get ¥700 or ¥1,000 off your next shipping bill.

The checklist
Show the goods. Share your Shop for Me experience and include a photo or video of the items you bought.
Say ShipMate and use the hashtag. Put “ShipMate” and #ShipMateHaul in the caption. On Reddit, just “ShipMate” in the post or title — no hashtag needed.
Make it public. We can't approve a post we can't open.
Tag us. Our accounts are listed here. On Reddit, post on r/ShipMate.
Keep private things private. No personal information, and no store account or order details in the shot.

Tips for a great post
- Good light and a clear shot of each item — the reviewer needs to see what you bought.
- Tell people why you bought it. Honest beats polished.

Campaign terms
- Eligible platforms
- Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook and Reddit (on r/ShipMate).
- Reward
- A shipping-credit coupon in the ShipMate GO wallet: ¥700 for an image post, ¥1,000 for a short video post. Not exchangeable for cash, not transferable.
- Who can enter
- Customers with a Shop for Me order that ShipMate has bought and shipped. Only items from that order may be featured.
- How to enter
- Submit the link to your post from the ShipMate GO app (#ShipMateHaul screen). One entry per person per calendar month; only posts made in the current month are eligible.
- Review and payout
- Entries are reviewed in the first week of the following month. Approved credits are issued by the 7th; declined entries are told the reason by email.
- Expiry
- Credits expire 30 days after they are issued.
- Content rules
- The post must be public, include “ShipMate” and #ShipMateHaul (Reddit: “ShipMate” in the post or title), show the items, and contain no personal information, store account or order details.
- Use of your post
- By entering you allow ShipMate to feature the submitted post on its website, social accounts and promotional materials, with credit to your handle.
- Changes
- ShipMate may change, pause or end this campaign at any time. Credits already issued stay valid until they expire.
These terms govern the campaign. The orders themselves, and the coupon once it is in your wallet, are covered by the Shop for Me terms of use. Coupons are ShipMate promotions and never change the carrier's shipping rate.
