Can you buy from a Japanese store that won't ship to Georgia?

Yes — that's the whole point. The store only ever ships to our warehouse inside Japan, which is a domestic delivery it already supports. We pay for your items in yen with our own Japanese payment method, receive them, and then handle the international leg to Georgia ourselves. Whether the store ships abroad, and whether it accepts a foreign card, stops being your problem.

Do I need a Japanese address or a Japanese credit card?

No. You don't need either, and you don't need any Japanese. ShipMate isn't a forwarding service — we don't hand you a Japanese address to shop with. You paste links, we do the buying on your behalf, and you pay us in the app.

Which Japanese stores can you buy from for delivery to Georgia?

What does it cost to ship to Georgia?

Your items at their store price, plus a 10% service fee on the item total — minimum ¥500, maximum ¥18,000 per order. That's what you pay upfront. Shipping is billed separately once we've boxed and weighed everything, and covers each store's domestic delivery to our warehouse, the international leg to Georgia, and a service fee on those two.

Will I have to pay customs duty when it arrives in Georgia?

Usually yes. Import duty and taxes are set by Georgia and are normally collected by the carrier on delivery. They're not included in the prices quoted here, and we don't calculate them. What we do guarantee is that every item is checked against the import rules for Georgia before you pay, and that your parcel is declared at its true contents and value.

What happens if something is out of stock or can't be shipped?

We check every item before you pay, not after.
